Trace Reddell One of my "voting rights project" purchases, and what a good choice I made! This is one of my favorite Sellorekt/LA Dreams albums yet. The cover perfectly sums up my dream-mood, and the music is uplifting with a tinge of nostalgia, sadness, and longing. I love every track, so picking a favorite is a bit arbitrary. But "What It Was" just sums it all up for me, and is a perfect album opener! (But then there's "Shadow Voices" ... such a great loopy groove.) Favorite track: What It Was.

Retrowave Touch This album and artist belongs in all the great synthpop and retrowave collections out there. Favorite track: Signs.

Dalton Bell I feel Sellorekt strays from the beaten path and offers a smooth blend of pop and synthwave at a high quality. love this album!

David Rotenburger This is one of Sellorekt/LA Dream's best releases! Catchy, refreshing and drenched in finesse and professionalism! He is most certainly one of retro synth's most beloved pioneers! Listening to Sellorekt/LA Dreams is like being reborn and reliving the amazing 80's all over again!!! Favorite track: Shadow Voices.

Spaceship Android takes a trip to the beach. "Somewhere Along the Coast" is fun outrun in the sun with a disco beat that drifts in and out. "The Signal" begins with a lo-fi sound then cuts to normal with a spacey, astral sound. "Cruise" is another fun track that switches bakc and forth between funk and outrun with some nice guitar work. "Saw Her Yesterday" is my favorite, though, a slice of teen dreams with a bittersweet edge. Unrequited love? A past romance? The music's tone only tells so much. kmxexii
